#34 Clarity Sessions Podcast - The Resources You Need To Build, Launch, and Grow Your Business

Are you struggling with tech overwhelm? You know that you need tech, but you don't know which software to use or how to use it to its fullest potential. There are so many options, and they're all shouting at you and making promises, but they aren't measuring up!

Read below to learn all about my tech recommendations:

The Cause of Tech Overwhelm:

Tech overwhelm is something that many of my clients struggle with before they start working with me. They've purchased all kinds of different tools, but they mostly choose free options.

For example, they'll opt-in to a free email marketing program. But as their email list grows, they realize, "Wait a second, this program doesn't do all the things I want it to do."

They then need to add a different program, but the one they choose is more complicated. So they buy a third one that's kind of the middle of the road. And now they've got three different emails in three different programs and three different tools they're trying to learn. And that's...

#33 Clarity Sessions Podcast-How Changing My Money Mindset Changed My Business

It feels like everywhere we look, people are dropping their prices. This seems to be a knee-jerk reaction to everything going on in the world right now, and it can be motivated by several things. But if you're considering dropping your prices because you're nervous people won't invest in your product during this time, I want to challenge you to reconsider. I've found that you can keep a higher price point as long as it matches the value you're offering!

Don't lower your price...increase your value!

In this time, it may be beneficial to increase the value of your product, rather than lowering the price! So take an honest look at the product and at your resources then ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Can you add anything to the product that would make the current price irresistible to your audience?
  2. Can you offer an additional coaching call?
  3. Can you have a private group?
  4. Can you have an extra meet-up or an extra Q&A session?
  5. What can you do to increase the value instead...

#31 Clarity Sessions Episode-Build An Impact And Income Online

My mission is to help you build an impact and an income online. One way to do this is by learning how to build a sales funnel. The funnel includes three steps: visitors, subscribers and customers. A funnel is how to get people to the thing that you want to tell them about or teach them. Ask yourself...how can I get them to give me their contact information so I can stay in touch with them? And then how do I nurture that relationship to get them to say "yes" to the thing that I offer?

As a company, we've been building out a funnel map, and we actually have an opportunity for us to build the funnel for you. It's not something that we often offer, but in an effort to help you get your business off the ground, we want to help give you the opportunity to work with us to build this whole process for you. Learn more here.

Phase 1-Nurture your visitors:

Before you can ever make a sale, you have to start thinking about your visitors. Who are the people that you want to help? What are they...

#20 The Clarity Sessions Podcast-How To Create A Successful Webinar

**These concepts are from a combination of Jeff Walker's book, Launch, and Russell Brunson from ClickFunnels.

I want to share with you about live webinars and why I recommend live webinars as a part of your marketing strategy. But first, you may be wondering, "What is a webinar?" Well, a webinar is basically an event. It's an opportunity to invite people to participate in something exciting and often live. If you think about a concert, festival, parade, or a running event, there's something about this community element that's really exciting. A live webinar can be the same thing for your industry!

As an example, I'm hosting a live webinar coming up all about money mindset and helping people, specifically faith-based entrepreneurs, with their money mindset.

Here's the basic business model of a successful webinar:

1. Opportunity

The first thing that I do is start to think about the three limiting beliefs of my audience. What are the three limiting beliefs that your audience has about...

#19 The Clarity Sessions Podcast — Move Out Of The Zone Of Incompetence

It's time to move you out of your zone of incompetence.

Recently I went through the book, The Big Leap, by Gary Hendricks, for probably the fourth time. It's an amazing book that talks about the upper limit challenge and the four zones when it comes to your work and your life. You've probably heard the concept of your zone of genius. That specifically comes from that book.

What I want to address is that big leap, gap, and decision to go from your lowest level zone, which is your zone of incompetence, to that second zone, which is your zone of competence. The third zone is excellence and the fourth zone is genius. But what I found from my amplified coaching students and my clarity coaching clients is that they don't really think they have a genius. They feel stuck doing something they don't like doing.

This article is specifically for you if...

  1. You have been struggling to update your website.
  2. You have been spending hours and hours trying to learn that video editing program and, yet,...

#16 The Clarity Sessions Podcast -- 3 Reasons To Use TikTok

I want to share with you about my new favorite social media app called TikTok. Now, depending on when you're reading this, you might not have even heard of TikTok before, or you're new to it and think it's just for 12-year-old girls.

That's what I thought.

Tik Tok must be for teens who want to sing, do duets, or tell funny jokes. But what I'm learning about Tik Tok is that it's the future. If you think about it, the way we feel about Tik Tok is similar to how we felt about Instagram and Facebook several years ago and Myspace before that. When an up and coming social media tool comes out, it brings a lot of preconceived notions to it.

Here are three reasons to start using Tik Tok to grow your audience, to engage your ideal audience, and to increase sales.

1. It's still new.

Technically Tik Tok really only started in August of 2018, so it's just over a year old. It's a baby social media platform, but it has millions and millions of users. You now have an opportunity to have an...

The Dream 100 Strategy

As I look back on the past year, most of the greatest opportunities I had were the result of networking with influencers.

If this sounds scary to you or you don't think it's possible to build an "influential network," I want to introduce you to the Dream 100 Strategy. It's a concept originating with business strategist Chet Holmes in his book The Ultimate Sales Machine.

The Dream 100 is a proven process to serve people by continually staying in touch with them.

The strategy works as follows:

1. Identify the key influencers in your industry with whom you want to build a relationship.

2. Create a strategic outreach campaign that nurtures the relationship with those influencers and gets their attention over time.

3. Consistently communicate with them until they do business with you.

Don't hesitate to reach out and build your network! When you do, be sure you are giving as much as you are receiving. Don't reach out with questions. Reach out with encouragement and gratitude first!...

#07 The Clarity Sessions - How To Find Time To Work On Your Blog

To learn more about Brian's personal coaching packages, click here.

How do you find the time to work on your blog and serve your audience? That’s the question we cover in today’s clarity session with Allison Boyle.

Allison asks, "How do I engage with my followers on social media and create great content on a limited schedule?"

Four Letter word TIME. The ultimate goal is to primarily be the content creator and to either batch or outsource the rest of the process.

To begin:

  • Identify who your audience is, where they are stuck, and where you want to lead them.
  • Make a list of the questions your followers are repeatedly asking.
  • Create content based on those questions.

1. Select three models.

Notice who are some other people who are doing what you'd like to do but are a little further down the road. What are the different aspects of their business? What is working for them? What do you like that you can use as an example for your business? Since Allison has a full-time job,...
