The Advocate
You’ve taken the Income Personality Quiz and your results are “The Advocate.”
The advocate loves convenience and using their resources to help them save time!
An advocate is somebody who uses a service and enjoys advocating for that service. Let's say you were having trouble with your website and somebody fixed your website and now you tell everybody you can about this person who fixed your website. In that case, you're an advocate. You're advocating for that service and for that person. And the reason you do that is because you hate seeing people struggle. You might not be able to help them, but you advocate for them to make the pain go away. You’re a connector who connects people to people or people to service.
So, how do you make money as an advocate? It’s called being an affiliate -- where you find a service that you love and you recommend it to other people. So as an example, an advocate might recommend another service provider or tool. And many of these tools have referral agreements or affiliate service agreements where when somebody hires somebody through that portal, they're going to give a percentage of sales to the affiliate. That’s how advocates can make an income.
Remember, as an advocate you are all about finding ways to make your life easier and telling others about how services and products can help them, so when you are creating a job for yourself, be sure it’s one that works in your strengths.
